The Ideation Phase of Accelerate 12 is a pivotal starting point in our year-long business consultancy programme. This phase is designed to inspire creativity, spark innovative ideas, and lay the groundwork for successful business ventures.
If you are already in business and have goals surrounding generating more profit, improving customer retention or broadening into new markets, this phase will be dedicated to brainstorming new, lucrative ideas to ensure these objectives become a reality.
If you are in the infancy of a new business idea, we will be focusing on extensive market research, developing your business plan and getting clear on your financial forecasting.
This phase is designed to create a firm foundation before taking any action.
IMPLEMENT
April - July
This phase is critical for turning ideas into action and achieving meaningful change. We will be focusing on systematic execution, continuous assessment, and micro adjustments to ensure progress towards your goals. It includes a mix of strategic initiatives, skill development, networking, branding, and personal growth activities, all aimed at fostering significant transformation.
The Implementation phase of this consultancy program is designed to be hands-on and proactive, encouraging your continuous growth and transformation. By committing to this structured approach and remaining adaptable to change, you’ll cultivate the skills, connections, and mindset necessary to achieve your life and business goals. As we conclude the final phase of Accelerate 12 and reflect on the growth we’ve achieved, we will initiate a comprehensive forward planning process for 2026-2027. This proactive approach will not only build on our recent successes but also strategically position you for scalable growth in the coming years.
